Didn't even ask if I would like to come.
So what if I did say that I don't like the outdoors, wild animals, jeep tours. That I think Africa is full of mosquitoes, snakes and dangerous predators...
They must have heard about my complaints because today I got a postcard from them:

So now I feel a little bad and I also wonder if I might have been a bit hasty with my actions here....I wonder what Karl will say once he finds out what I did....

Well, now they now they'd better invite you along from now on - a lady should be given the right to choose. It was nice of Karl and Ruis though to make amends. Hope you're not too lonely with them away.

What a lovely postcard. But...we don't know exactly what you did???
We miss not having you, Mrs Oz, with us on the trip but after a little problem with the natives we all agree that it is probably better that you weren't along. We will plan something more to your liking when we return. I think what we have planned for tomorrow would be right up your alley but there is no time to finalize the plans now.

Do not feel bad. I think they are trying to make you feel guilty for what you said before. You are a girl cat. You are entitled to say YAK no! and then change your mind. Even if you truly have no interest in going to Africa ;-)
