The Squillion Contest by jeter harris is coming to an end tonight.
It was a fierce competition and there are still a few hours left for some more entries...
Many cats made their cases for the wonderful prices and only the fact that us cats as members of the family Felidae are so much more evolved than members of the Primate family (where the beans would be in) saved us from something like pictured above!
We can't wait to see how the judges decide!!!!

I had to give out nip tonight to all my cats, AND the two boarding cats, just to get their minds off of the contest. It worked, though... if I had chandeliers here, they'd be swinging from them... as if they were, uhm, monkeys.

I'm excited about the contest, too! The entries are all wonderful -- many of them funny, others very touching. And the contest has been great fun!

My goodness those monkeys look aggressive, you're not implying us cats are going to fight like that over the competition are you? We are much to well-behaved and nonchalant for that type of thing. FAZ
